Hospitality Recruiter – High‑Volume Hiring in Dubai

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to lead high‑volume hiring for a flagship hospitality group in Dubai. You will manage end‑to‑end recruitment for frontline positions across hospitality, food & beverage, retail and guest services, supporting a large‑scale, long‑term project.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment cycle for roles such as F&B staff, room service, concierge, guest relations, retail and front‑of‑house positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to define manpower needs, timelines and job specifications.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals and other channels to build a strong talent pipeline.
• Screen applicants, schedule interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, reports and documentation.
• Represent the brand professionally in all interactions with candidates and stakeholders.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of recruitment experience within the UAE or GCC.
• Proven track record hiring for hospitality, F&B, retail or high‑volume customer‑facing roles.
• Comfortable using LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing tools.
• Strong organisational abilities and capacity to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
