Hostess – Guest Service at Luxury Resort

About the role

The Hostess will be the first point of contact for guests at Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort, delivering warm, professional hospitality in a luxury setting. You will work closely with the restaurant and front‑of‑house teams to ensure a seamless and memorable dining experience for every guest.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly, welcoming manner, setting a positive tone for their visit.
• Maintain a clean, fully set‑up dining area before guests are seated.
• Provide accurate information on restaurant services, menus, and hotel amenities.
• Handle telephone enquiries with professional etiquette and knowledge of reservation policies.
• Collect guest feedback and promptly address any issues, escalating to outlet managers when necessary.
• Support cashiers during peak periods and cover breaks as required.
• Ensure the restaurant entrance remains attractive and inviting at all times.

Required profile

• Team‑oriented attitude with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
• Adherence to hotel policies, standard operating procedures, and grooming standards.
• Excellent communication skills and a pleasant telephone manner.
• Familiarity with restaurant operations and hotel services.
• Ability to multitask and step in to assist with service when needed.
