Hostess – Guest Service in Dubai

About the role

The Hostess will be the first point of contact for guests arriving at the JW Marriott Marquis Dubai. You will ensure a warm welcome, manage seating arrangements and support the dining team to deliver a seamless guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and determine party size.
• Seat guests at clean, available tables, pull out chairs and present menus.
• Maintain the dining area’s appearance, ensuring tables are set correctly and promptly cleared after use.
• Assist with guest inquiries and coordinate with service staff to ensure smooth operations.

Required profile

• Friendly and presentable demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
• Excellent communication in English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Reliability and flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends.
