Hostess – Guest Service Support

About the role

The Ritz-Carlton Dubai International Financial Centre is seeking enthusiastic Hostesses to join its Guest Service Support team. In this full‑time position you will help create memorable dining experiences by ensuring the food and beverage areas run smoothly and guests feel welcomed.

Key responsibilities

• Set and arrange tables according to service standards.
• Assist kitchen staff with basic tasks and maintain clean work areas.
• Replenish supplies, stock service stations and keep service areas organized.
• Move, lift and carry items up to 25 lb unaided and up to 50 lb with assistance.
• Navigate uneven or slippery surfaces safely while on your feet for extended periods.
• Read and verify menu information accurately.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior experience required; experience in food and beverage is a plus.
• No supervisory experience needed.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, guest‑focused environment.

Required skills

• Physical stamina to stand, walk and lift regularly.
• Basic reading and visual verification of menu details.
