About the role

We are seeking an elegant and confident Hostess to join a premier luxury beach club in Dubai. This role is the first point of contact for international guests, ensuring every welcome creates a lasting impression and sets the tone for an extraordinary experience.

Key responsibilities

• Warmly welcome and greet international guests upon arrival.
• Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest flow.
• Deliver exceptional, personalized guest service throughout their visit.
• Coordinate closely with restaurant and operations teams to ensure seamless service.
• Build and maintain memorable relationships with guests, encouraging repeat visits.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a luxury hotel or fine‑dining environment.
• Fluent English with excellent communication skills.
• Professional appearance and natural elegance.
• Passion for delivering high‑end hospitality experiences.
