About the role
The Hostess at Carbone is the first point of contact for guests, creating a warm and memorable impression. You will greet guests, manage wait times, seat them, and see them off, all while maintaining natural, friendly conversation in a fast‑paced luxury environment.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival and create a positive first impression.
- Inform guests of wait times and manage the waiting list.
- Escort guests to their tables and bid them farewell when they leave.
- Maintain friendly, natural conversation, showcasing strong communication and customer‑service skills.
Required profile
- Excellent communication and customer‑service abilities.
- Team‑player attitude and efficiency in a fast‑paced environment.
