About the role
Fundamental Hospitality is seeking an experienced hostess who can communicate fluently in Russian or Turkish to join the team at GAIA, a fine‑dining venue in Dubai. The role involves front‑of‑house duties in an upscale restaurant environment. Fundamental Hospitality, established in 2011, operates a portfolio of lifestyle brands across the Middle East and Europe, delivering elevated concepts and innovative experiences.
Key responsibilities
Required profile
- Previous experience as a hostess or similar role in a fine‑dining or up‑market restaurant.
- Fluent in English and either Russian or Turkish; additional languages are a plus.
- Currently residing in Dubai.
