About the role

We are looking for a friendly and professional Hostess to join our well‑known Arabic restaurant in Dubai, offering a unique blend of Middle‑East cuisine and shisha experiences. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth flow throughout the dining area.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Manage reservations, waiting lists, and table seating efficiently.
• Coordinate with service staff to maintain smooth guest flow.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable front‑of‑house area.

Required profile

• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and guest‑handling skills.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of reservation or POS systems (e.g., OpenTable, SevenRooms).
