About the role

Our Guest Environment Experts go beyond simply providing a clean room and fresh bed. They create memorable, unique experiences by maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the entire hotel. This full‑time position at Four Points by Sheraton on Sheikh Zayed Road involves a hands‑on approach to guest service and hotel upkeep.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver guest requests promptly and stock housekeeping carts with necessary supplies.
• Clean guest rooms, public areas, and back‑of‑house spaces to uphold Marriott quality standards.
• Maintain a safe workplace by following company policies, procedures, and confidentiality guidelines.
• Ensure professional uniform, personal appearance, and clear communication at all times.
• Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting, and moving objects up to 50 pounds without assistance.
