About the role
Our jobs aren’t just about giving guests a clean room and a freshly made bed. Instead, we want to build an experience that is memorable and unique. Guest Environment Experts are skilled in a wide range of housekeeping functions with responsibility for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the whole hotel.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver guest requests promptly and stock housekeeping carts.
- Clean guest rooms, public areas and back‑of‑house spaces to high standards.
- Move freely throughout the property, ensuring safety and compliance with company policies.
- Uphold confidentiality, quality standards and professional appearance at all times.
- Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting and carrying objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
Required profile
- Ability to work on feet for extended periods and handle physical workload.
- Capability to lift, carry and move items weighing up to 50 lb unaided.
- Commitment to a safe workplace, company policies and confidentiality.
- Professional uniform, personal appearance and communication.
