Hotel Cleanliness Expert – Housekeeping Attendant

About the role

As a Hotel Cleanliness Expert (Housekeeping Attendant) you will help create memorable guest experiences by maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness throughout the property. You will work across guest rooms, public areas and service zones, ensuring every space reflects the brand’s European‑inspired elegance.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms, bathrooms and public areas according to brand standards.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, delivering items such as extra linens, amenities or housekeeping services.
• Stock and replenish housekeeping carts and supply rooms.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull and place objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
• Follow safety procedures, company policies and confidentiality guidelines at all times.
• Maintain a professional appearance, uniform and communication style.
