About the role

Our Guest Environment Experts are skilled in a wide range of housekeeping functions, responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the entire hotel. They move freely throughout the property, delivering guest requests, stocking carts, and ensuring rooms and public areas are spotless to create a memorable guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver guest requests promptly and courteously.
• Stock housekeeping carts and replenish supplies.
• Clean and turn guest rooms, ensuring fresh linens and a tidy environment.
• Maintain cleanliness of public spaces, corridors, and service areas.
• Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report them to the engineering team.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Uphold safety standards, follow company policies, and protect confidential information.
• Adhere to quality standards, uniform guidelines, and professional communication.

Required profile

• Ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods.
• Capability to lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 50 pounds without assistance.
