Hotel Manager – 4‑Star Dubai Hotel

About the role

LEVA Hotels is looking for an experienced Hotel Manager to lead the day‑to‑day operations of its flagship 4‑star property in Dubai. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving operational efficiency and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily hotel operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead, motivate and develop hotel teams to achieve operational excellence.
• Manage the Rooms Division and coordinate overall hotel functions.
• Monitor budgets, control operational costs and achieve business KPIs.
• Support revenue growth through effective commercial and financial management.
• Maintain high service standards while fostering a positive, guest‑focused culture.

Required profile

• 6–8+ years of progressive experience in hotel operations.
• Previous experience as a Hotel Manager or senior hotel leadership role.
• Strong understanding of Rooms Division and overall hotel operations.
• Proven leadership and team‑development abilities.
• Experience with budgeting, cost control, revenue management and KPI tracking.
• UAE hospitality experience preferred.
• Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field.
