Housekeeping Attendant – Full-Time in Dubai

About the role

The Housekeeping Attendant ensures guest rooms and public areas are clean, well‑stocked and ready for arrival. Working closely with the housekeeping supervisor, you will maintain high standards of hygiene and service throughout the shift.

Key responsibilities

• Collect assignment sheets and follow guest requests and supervisor instructions.
• Prepare trolleys with amenities, cleaning supplies, mini‑bar items and fresh linen before starting work.
• Respect “Do Not Disturb” signs and note rooms marked for make‑up.
• Clean bathrooms, replace towels, replenish amenities and report any maintenance issues.
• Refresh flower arrangements, make up beds, and ensure rooms are tidy and stocked.
• Supervise end‑of‑day closing of the service area, securing equipment and reporting hazards.
• Communicate shift hand‑over information to the next team and report any exposed guest valuables.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role within a 4‑5 star hotel.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain guest privacy.
• Strong eye‑contact and friendly greeting skills when interacting with guests.
• Attention to detail in cleaning and stock management.
