Housekeeping Attendant

About the role

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Housekeeping Attendant to join our hotel team in Dubai. The successful candidate will deliver exceptional guest service, maintain high standards of cleanliness, and support a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities

• Receive work assignments, keys and supplies from the supervisor and sign the key log accurately.
• Clean guest rooms and bathrooms, including making beds, washing sinks, bathtubs, toilets, tiles, mirrors, floors, and polishing brass or metal fixtures.
• Vacuum carpets, dust and wipe furniture, empty ashtrays and wastebaskets, and spot‑clean carpets as needed.
• Replenish bathroom and room supplies, arrange guest toiletries neatly, and ensure all amenities are presented attractively.
• Maintain clear fire exits and stairways, keep corridors and service areas tidy, and remove litter promptly.
• Report any maintenance issues immediately and coordinate with valet services for laundry, dry‑cleaning, or pressing requests.

Required profile

• Vocational training in hotel housekeeping is preferred.
• Good command of English is an advantage.
• Friendly, caring, and culturally sensitive with a strong customer focus.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced, multicultural setting.

• Attention to detail in cleaning and room preparation.
• Ability to follow hotel policies and procedures.
• Effective communication with supervisors and guests.
