Housekeeping Manager for VIP Private Family Residence

About the role

Apt Resources is looking for a highly professional and discreet Housekeeping Manager to lead the housekeeping operations of a VIP private family residence in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will ensure the home is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, order, and presentation while respecting the family’s privacy and lifestyle.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all housekeeping activities throughout the property.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate housekeeping staff to maintain high performance.
• Coordinate with other household staff and external vendors for seamless operations and timely maintenance.
• Control inventory, procurement, and budgeting for household supplies.
• Implement and uphold strict privacy, confidentiality, and security protocols.
• Plan and execute deep‑cleaning projects and seasonal preparations.
• Anticipate the family’s needs and adapt services to their schedule and preferences.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing housekeeping in high‑profile private residences or luxury estates.
• Exceptional organizational ability and attention to detail.
• Discretion, trustworthiness, and ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate a small team.
• Flexibility to accommodate changing family schedules.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
