About the role

We are looking for a proactive Housekeeping Team Lead to oversee daily operations at Zabeel House The Greens, a vibrant lifestyle hotel in Dubai. The role combines hands‑on supervision with strategic planning to ensure a high‑standard guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate the housekeeping team to achieve daily targets.
• Develop and implement work schedules, delegate tasks and brief staff across departments.
• Ensure guests and personnel are greeted and attended to professionally and discreetly.
• Compile duty rosters, manage changes and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare operational reports and maintain appropriate filing systems.
• Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in housekeeping leadership within a hotel environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to lead by example with integrity.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and capable of handling multiple priorities.
• Demonstrated ability to train and develop team members.
