HR Assistant – Support Multiple Offices

About the role

Medetone, a fast‑growing online pharmacy, is looking for an organised and enthusiastic HR Assistant to support its Human Resources function across its Dubai, London, Amsterdam, New York and Dubai offices. Based in Dubai, you will assist with day‑to‑day HR operations, gaining hands‑on experience in recruitment, onboarding, payroll support and employee engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure confidentiality in line with data‑protection regulations.
• Support recruitment activities: post vacancies, screen CVs, schedule interviews and communicate with candidates.
• Assist with onboarding and off‑boarding processes, preparing welcome materials and coordinating orientations.
• Collect and verify employee information for payroll processing and aid benefits administration.
• Serve as the first point of contact for HR‑related employee queries, providing guidance on policies and procedures.
• Help organise employee engagement events, team activities and wellbeing programmes.
• Contribute to HR projects such as policy updates or new system implementations and suggest process improvements.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• High level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information.
