HR Business Partner – Gulf (Band 1)

About the role

The HR Business Partner (Band 1) will work closely with business leaders in the Gulf region to develop and execute HR strategies that enhance both organizational performance and employee experience. This role acts as a proactive communicator and change agent, balancing employee needs with business objectives to deliver integrated solutions.

Required profile

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Prior experience in Human Resources or related field (up to 2 years).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
• Strong understanding of HR systems and processes.
• Bachelor's degree required; fresh graduate up to 2 years of experience.
• UAE national preferred; English speaking required, Arabic speaking a bonus.
