HR Executive – Construction (UAE)

About the role

The HR Executive will support day‑to‑day HR operations in a fast‑paced, project‑driven construction environment in the UAE. The role ensures full compliance with UAE Labour Law and MOHRE regulations while handling recruitment, payroll, visa processing and employee relations across multiple sites.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate manpower deployment and maintain up‑to‑date employee records in line with MOHRE requirements.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, onboarding and liaison with approved manpower supply agencies.
• Support visa processing, labour contracts, renewals and maintain accurate visa and Emirates ID records.
• Gather payroll inputs, ensure salary processing through the Wage Protection System (WPS) and administer benefits.
• Act as first point of contact for employee queries, handle grievances and disciplinary actions according to UAE Labour Law.
• Assist HSE teams to implement health and safety policies and maintain related compliance documentation.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and MOHRE regulations.
• Experience in recruitment, onboarding and coordination with manpower supply agencies.
• Familiarity with visa and labour contract administration.
• Ability to process payroll through the Wage Protection System (WPS).
• Experience handling employee relations and disciplinary procedures.
