About the role
The HR Generalist – Manager will partner with on‑site leadership in Dubai to support the Middle Eastern practice’s strategic goals and culture. This full‑time role provides end‑to‑end HR services, including talent acquisition, development, workforce planning and various HR projects, while offering the flexibility needed to meet business demands.
Key responsibilities
- Build strong business‑partner relationships with Equity Principals, Principals and their teams, understanding goals and delivering HR solutions.
- Advise executives and support management on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, employee engagement, performance management, training and development.
- Design and manage the onboarding process in partnership with the HRIS team.
- Lead full‑life‑cycle recruitment, leveraging targeted sourcing, social networking and other tools to deliver high‑quality candidates.
- Collaborate with immigration and mobility teams to address employee relocation needs.
- Escalate employee‑related concerns, performance improvement plans and investigations to the regional Head of HR.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of legal requirements, ensuring compliance and mitigating risk.
- Champion diversity, inclusion and high‑integrity work environments through coaching and advisory.
- Support restructurings, succession planning and workforce planning initiatives.
- Develop and promote the use of the UKG HCM tool to drive business growth.
- Update local HR policies and employee handbooks as regulatory changes occur.
- Co‑develop project timelines, monitor progress and identify process‑improvement opportunities.
Required profile
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar senior HR role.
- Demonstrated ability to partner with senior leadership and influence business decisions.
- Flexibility to travel to supported countries, including Saudi Arabia and Pakistan.
- Strong understanding of regional employment law and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
