HR Generalist & Talent Acquisition Officer – Sharjah

About the role

We are looking for a proactive HR Generalist & Talent Acquisition Officer to manage end‑to‑end HR operations and recruit junior‑level staff in Sharjah. The role combines employee‑lifecycle management, compliance with UAE Labour Law, and full‑cycle recruitment for admin and blue‑collar positions.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the complete employee lifecycle: onboarding, off‑boarding, leave management and employee requests.
• Coordinate visa processing, renewals, EID, MOHRE contracts, medical insurance and related documentation with PROs and government authorities.
• Maintain HR policies, labour contracts, and ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law (Law No. 33 of 2021).
• Administer the HR ERP system for attendance, records, leave tracking and documentation.
• Manage employee benefits, company assets, car allocations and travel arrangements.
• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for junior admin and blue‑collar roles: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing and coordinating with agencies.
• Conduct background checks, verify eligibility and ensure hiring processes comply with internal policies and UAE regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–5 years of HR and recruitment experience, preferably in the UAE or Middle East.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR compliance procedures.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
