About the role
We are seeking an experienced HR & Payroll Officer to manage the full payroll cycle, from attendance verification to payroll generation and closure. The role involves close collaboration with Finance and Accounts teams to ensure accurate salary processing and compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end payroll processes, including attendance verification, leave adjustments, payroll generation, reimbursements, SIF/WPS preparation and payroll closure.
- Handle variable deductions, payroll reconciliation, accounting integration and prepare compliance documentation using Matrix Pay HR Software.
- Coordinate with Finance and Accounts to ensure accurate salary reporting, accrual‑based expense recording and respond to employee payroll inquiries.
Required profile
- Relevant GCC/UAE experience is preferred.
- Candidate must be currently available in the UAE.
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
