HR & Recruitment Manager – Immediate Joiners

About the role

RadiantBiz is seeking an HR & Recruitment Manager to lead talent acquisition across multiple business units. You will partner with department heads to understand hiring needs, design recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies for corporate, sales and specialist roles.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle – sourcing, screening, interviewing and closing candidates.
• Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment partners, job boards, universities and professional networks.
• Leverage social media platforms and modern sourcing tools to attract high‑quality talent.
• Screen resumes, conduct HR interviews and assess candidate competencies against RadiantBiz standards.
• Coordinate interview schedules and support hiring managers in evaluating cultural and functional fit.
• Draft and manage job postings, ensuring brand consistency across all recruitment touch points.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and internal hiring policies.
• Maintain an organised talent database and provide weekly hiring updates and reports.
• Represent RadiantBiz at job fairs, industry events and networking forums to build a strong talent pipeline.
• Facilitate onboarding and orientation to ensure smooth integration of new hires.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management or a related field (preferred).
• 2–3 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in consulting, corporate services or a fast‑paced environment.
• Proven experience sourcing and hiring across multiple functions.
• Strong understanding of the UAE job market and recruitment best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• High attention to detail, strong organisational skills and a proactive problem‑solving approach.
