HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist – Abu Dhabi

About the role

We are seeking a proactive HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end recruitment, onboarding and HR administration across the UAE. The role works closely with clients and hiring managers to deliver a seamless hiring experience and ensure new hires are integrated smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for client and internal hiring requirements.
• Collaborate with clients and hiring managers to define job requirements, timelines and workforce needs.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, databases, referrals and networking platforms.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial assessments and coordinate interview schedules.
• Maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Manage offer rollout, candidate follow‑ups and joining formalities.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Coordinate pre‑joining and onboarding activities, prepare documentation and conduct induction sessions.
• Liaise with relevant departments to guarantee smooth onboarding and track joining status.
• Maintain and update employee records, HR databases and prepare employment contracts and letters.
• Produce HR reports, recruitment trackers and hiring dashboards while supporting compliance and confidentiality.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
• Minimum 2 + years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or HR operations.
• Proven experience hiring across the UAE.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals and ATS platforms.
