About the role
Penspen is seeking an HSE Manager to develop and implement safety policies, conduct risk assessments, ensure legal compliance, manage incident investigations and train staff. The role aims to foster a strong safety culture that protects employees and the environment while supporting business objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive safety policies.
- Conduct risk assessments and ensure legal compliance.
- Manage incident investigations and reporting.
- Provide training to staff on safety procedures.
- Promote a safety culture that protects employees and the environment.
Required profile
- Engineering degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 20 years of overall experience, including at least 10 years in the oil and gas industry.
- Experience on large oil and gas EPC projects as an HSE Manager.
- Approved HSE Manager status from ADNOC.
- PMC experience.
Required skills
- NEBOSH IGC certification.
- Other relevant HSE certifications and accreditations.
