HSE Officer – Abu Dhabi

About the role

Almariah United Group is looking for an experienced HSE Officer to join its Abu Dhabi team. The role focuses on maintaining high health, safety and environmental standards across transportation and oil & gas projects.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor workplace safety practices and ensure compliance with HSE standards.
• Conduct site inspections, identify hazards and assess risks.
• Support implementation of safety procedures and corrective actions.
• Prepare safety reports, records and required documentation.
• Deliver safety awareness sessions and toolbox talks.
• Ensure compliance with company and client safety requirements.
• Assist with incident reporting and investigation processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of HSE experience, preferably in transportation and oil & gas sectors.
• Strong understanding of HSE regulations and safety procedures.
• Excellent communication, reporting and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a challenging site environment.
