About the role
NFPC is seeking a Human Capital Coordinator to manage employee leave, attendance, shift scheduling and roster administration. The role ensures compliance with company policies and UAE labour regulations while supporting accurate payroll processing.
Key responsibilities
- Administer employee leave, attendance, shift scheduling and roster management in line with company policies.
- Process leave applications, maintain accurate leave balances and address employee inquiries.
- Prepare and manage shift rosters to guarantee adequate staffing.
- Validate attendance, leave, overtime and shift data for monthly payroll processing.
- Collaborate with payroll, finance and department heads to ensure salary accuracy and operational alignment.
- Support onboarding and off‑boarding documentation, insurance enrollment and renewals.
- Assist employees with bank account setup for salary payments and safeguard bank details.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in Human Capital or HR administration.
- Good knowledge of UAE labour law.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational and communication skills.
Required skills
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
