About the role
Nord Anglia International School Abu Dhabi is looking for a reliable and detail‑oriented Human Resources Assistant to join its growing HR team. The role starts in July 2026 and provides essential administrative support to ensure smooth HR operations within the school environment.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR files.
- Prepare and process compliance documentation in line with school policies.
- Assist with recruitment administration, including posting vacancies and scheduling interviews.
- Support payroll and benefits administration by gathering necessary information.
- Respond to staff inquiries regarding HR procedures and policies.
Required profile
- Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Experience working in an educational or international environment is a plus.
