Human Resources Coordinator – Luxury Resort in Ajman

About the role

The Human Resources Coordinator supports the HR function at Ajman Saray, a Luxury Collection resort. This full‑time position ensures smooth administrative processes, maintains employee records, and provides frontline assistance to candidates and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain filing systems and employee personnel files.
• Prepare and type office correspondence, distribute mail, and answer phone calls.
• Order and track HR office supplies and forms.
• Assist walk‑in candidates with application procedures and maintain a clean, accessible application area.
• Respond to employee and management inquiries about HR policies, programs, and employee‑relations issues.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of all employee records, including interview documents and I‑9 forms.
• Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the manager.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related HR or administrative work experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to work in a hospitality environment and interact professionally with guests and staff.
