Human Resources Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Human Resources Manager to lead all HR functions across recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits and compliance. The role will be pivotal in shaping a positive workplace culture and supporting the company’s growth while ensuring alignment with UAE labour regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement and off‑boarding.
• Develop, update and enforce HR policies, procedures and best practices.
• Lead talent acquisition and workforce planning initiatives.
• Handle employee relations, grievance and disciplinary matters.
• Oversee performance appraisal cycles and employee development programmes.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, internal policies and HR regulations.
• Administer compensation, benefits, payroll coordination and leave management.
• Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation and MIS reports.
• Support organisational development, succession planning and training programmes.
• Monitor employee engagement and implement retention strategies.
• Collaborate with department heads to address manpower and HR needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in HR operations or HR management.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.
• Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations and performance management.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and conflict‑resolution skills.
