Human Resources Manager

About the role

The Human Resources Manager will lead all HR functions for a fast‑growing real‑estate agency in Dubai. You will design and optimise recruitment, onboarding, performance management and employee development processes to support the company’s vision and culture.

Key responsibilities

• Identify hiring needs across all departments and manage end‑to‑end recruitment, including job posting, interviewing and candidate selection.
• Develop and deliver a smooth onboarding programme and organise training and skill‑development workshops.
• Prepare employment contracts, visas and legal documentation in line with UAE labour law, and coordinate payroll and benefits with finance.
• Maintain attendance, leave records, annual reviews and confidential employee files.
• Set KPIs, conduct performance evaluations and design employee growth programmes.
• Promote the company’s mission, vision and values, organise team‑building events and act as the primary HR contact for employee wellbeing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management or a related field.
• 3–5 years of HR management experience, preferably in real‑estate or sales.
• Familiarity with the UAE business environment and real‑estate recruitment.
• Fluent in English and French; Arabic is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HR tools such as ATS, payroll systems and performance‑tracking software.
• In‑depth knowledge of UAE labour law and employment regulations.
• Strong recruitment experience, especially for sales and real‑estate roles.
• Fluency in English and French.
