Human Resources Manager

About the role

The Human Resources Manager will independently lead and manage the full spectrum of HR activities for a facility management entity. The role ensures HR strategies, policies, and practices align with organisational goals and UAE labour law while providing proactive support to operational and corporate leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end talent acquisition, onboarding, and Emiratization initiatives.
• Oversee total rewards functions including monthly payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS (SAP) updates.
• Handle visa, immigration, and government relations activities, maintaining expiry trackers and coordinating medical tests and Emirates ID issuance.
• Lead the performance management cycle, conduct PMS training and generate related reports.
• Maintain employee records, manage outsourced manpower vendors, and support office administration.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) preferred.
• 7–10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in facility management, construction or asset management sectors is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws and visa processing.
