Human Resources Officer – French Speaking

About the role

The Human Resources Officer will support the HR team in Abu Dhabi by managing talent development, onboarding, and training processes, with a strong focus on French‑language communication. The role requires hands‑on experience with HR information systems and a keen eye for compliance and data accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Source, organize, confirm and record training activities using Lizzy and external training platforms.
• Complete and file feedback forms to maintain accurate training records.
• Extract Lizzy reports for legal compliance and update the monthly HR dashboard.
• Maintain and update cost‑follow‑up tables and related dashboards.
• Resolve technical issues within the Lizzy system.
• Maintain training certificate records and ensure data integrity.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably in talent development, onboarding, training or HRIS.
• Experience in a multinational or matrix environment is an advantage.
• Fluent French (excellent written and spoken).
• Bachelor’s degree.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HRIS platforms such as Avature, Lizzy, SAP SuccessFactors and Workday.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of compliance reporting and data management.
