Human Resources Partner Specialist Region IMEEA

About the role

The Human Resources Partner Specialist supports the Regional HR function for the IMEEA region, partnering with business leaders to design and deliver people strategies that drive performance, engagement and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Support Regional HR priorities in line with business objectives, Group standards and local employment requirements.
• Oversee talent management, workforce planning, succession planning, performance management, employee engagement, employee relations and change initiatives.
• Use people data and insights to identify risks, inform decision‑making and recommend practical actions.
• Partner with regional leadership on organisational design, headcount planning, recruitment priorities and budget alignment.
• Assess position creation, replacement or scope changes and review job descriptions, seniority levels and salary proposals in collaboration with Compensation & Benefits.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of regional employment requirements and HR best practices.
• Ability to analyse people data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills to work with senior leaders.
