Human Resources Specialist – Hospitality (Dubai)

About the role

Fundamental Hospitality is seeking an experienced Human Resources Specialist to support its head office in Dubai. The role focuses on managing employment processes, contracts, payroll, and compliance within the hospitality sector.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
• Administer payroll processing and ensure compliance with the UAE Wage Protection System (WPS).
• Maintain and update HR information systems (HRIS) with accurate employee data.
• Prepare and manage employment contracts in line with UAE Labour Law and DIFC regulations.
• Handle visa applications and renewals, ensuring adherence to local immigration rules.
• Produce and archive HR documentation while maintaining high confidentiality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–5 years of HR experience in the UAE, preferably in hospitality or hotels.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, DIFC Law and visa regulations.
• Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Professional demeanor with a high level of confidentiality.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HRIS platforms.
• Experience in payroll processing and WPS compliance.
• Solid organizational and documentation abilities.
