About the role

Join Amazon’s Worldwide Sustainability team to lead the management of human rights and environmental impact cases across the supply chain. The Human Rights Compliance Manager acts as the single‑threaded leader for investigations, remediation design, and stakeholder coordination, ensuring rigorous documentation and timely resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the case‑level Single Threaded Leader for supply‑chain human rights impacts, overseeing the full lifecycle from intake to remedy.
• Assess risk, coordinate investigations, and make independent decisions on remediation plans within SLA frameworks.
• Work directly with suppliers to implement corrective actions and preventative measures, including on‑site visits when needed.
• Document comprehensive case records, maintain data integrity in case‑management systems, and contribute to trend analysis.
• Identify systemic issues, elevate them to regional leads, and help develop standardized remediation protocols.

Required profile

• Experience in compliance program management, audit, risk or legal functions.
• Proven track record in case management, issue resolution, and conducting investigations.
• Strong analytical abilities with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases within SLA requirements.
