Hybrid Barista/Waiter – Al Ain

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Hybrid Barista‑Waiter to join our café‑restaurant in Al Ain. The role combines specialty coffee preparation with friendly table service, offering guests a seamless experience from the counter to their seat.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve premium coffee, matcha, and other handcrafted beverages according to company standards.
• Assist with the preparation and attractive presentation of desserts and sweets.
• Provide attentive table service, taking orders, delivering food, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting bar and dining area throughout the shift.
• Collaborate with kitchen and front‑of‑house teams to ensure smooth operations.

Required profile

• Fresh graduates or candidates with no prior experience are welcome.
• Positive energy, strong communication skills, and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Required skills

• Barista techniques for espresso, latte art, and specialty drinks.
• Knowledge of matcha preparation and other handcrafted beverages.
• Basic dessert preparation and plating skills.
