About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Hybrid Barista‑Waiter to join our team in Al Ain. You will blend specialty coffee preparation with attentive table service, delivering a memorable experience for every guest.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and serve premium coffee, matcha, handcrafted beverages and food items.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting bar and dining area.
- Provide friendly, high‑quality table and counter service.
- Assist with dessert preparation and presentation when needed.
- Switch seamlessly between bar duties and floor service based on demand.
Required profile
- At least 1 year of experience in specialty coffee making and restaurant service.
- Proficiency with coffee, matcha and other handcrafted drinks.
- Positive energy, strong communication skills, and a team‑oriented attitude.
- Open to both male and female candidates.
