IB Business Teacher – High School (Start Jan 2027)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic High School IB Business Teacher to join Dubai American Academy in January 2027. The role involves delivering the International Baccalaureate Business curriculum to senior students, fostering inquiry‑based learning and critical thinking.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging IB Business lessons in line with the school’s curriculum and standards.
• Develop creative teaching strategies that promote student curiosity and analytical skills.
• Differentiate instruction to accommodate diverse learning needs.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a supportive learning environment.
• Participate in parent‑teacher conferences and communicate student progress.
• Contribute to extracurricular activities and professional development initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Education or equivalent degree with a teaching qualification (PGCE, State License, etc.) specialising in Business.
• Proven experience teaching IB Business at the high‑school level, preferably in an American or IB school.
• Strong knowledge of inquiry‑based learning and practical business instruction.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
