ICU Registered Nurse – Critical Care

About the role

Join Amana Healthcare, a leading long‑term care and rehabilitation provider in the Middle East, as an ICU Registered Nurse. You will deliver high‑quality nursing care to critically ill patients in a fast‑paced intensive care environment, ensuring optimal outcomes through vigilant monitoring and collaborative treatment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, including vital signs and response to treatment.
• Operate and manage life‑support equipment such as ventilators and infusion pumps.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
• Offer emotional support and education to patients and families.
• Ensure compliance with infection control, patient safety, and hospital policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent.
• Valid DOH/HAAD license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Minimum 2–3 years of ICU experience.
• Experience with ventilators and critical‑care equipment.
• BLS and ACLS certification.
