In-House Digital Marketing & Content Specialist

About the role

Allure Dental & Derma Clinic is seeking a hands‑on In‑House Digital Marketing & Content Specialist to lead its online presence, paid advertising and daily content production. The role requires on‑site work at the Dubai clinic, a deep understanding of dental and aesthetic treatments, and the ability to create premium content that drives awareness, leads and patient bookings.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage and optimise Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns for dental and aesthetic treatments, handling budgets, targeting, creatives, retargeting and lead generation.
• Act as the clinic’s in‑house media buyer, monitor KPIs such as CPL, CTR, CPM, conversion rate, lead quality and ROAS, and produce regular performance reports.
• Maintain and grow the clinic’s Instagram, Facebook and TikTok presence, following a structured content calendar and publishing reels, stories, educational and promotional videos.
• Shoot and edit daily video and photo content in‑clinic, covering treatments, doctor‑led segments, patient journeys and behind‑the‑scenes moments.
• Operate professional camera, lighting and audio equipment, capture high‑quality clinical and lifestyle imagery, and perform basic colour‑grading and photo editing.

Required profile

• Hands‑on marketer able to work on‑site at the Dubai clinic and understand dental and dermatology services.
• Creative thinker who can generate content ideas in collaboration with doctors and clinic staff.
• Data‑driven individual comfortable analysing ad performance and adjusting strategies.

Required skills

• Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaign creation and optimisation.
• Media buying and budget management.
• Social media management for Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
• Professional photography and videography, including camera operation, lighting and audio.
• Video editing with CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
• Photo editing with Lightroom.
