Influencer Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking an Arabic‑speaking Influencer Marketing Manager to join a leading integrated marketing agency in Dubai. You will lead end‑to‑end influencer campaigns for a portfolio of regional and international brands, working closely with internal creative, social and client‑servicing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies from brief to delivery and reporting.
• Act as the day‑to‑day lead across multiple client accounts, ensuring timely, high‑quality campaign execution.
• Identify, engage and negotiate with influencers, talent managers and content creators across the GCC.
• Manage campaign budgets, contracts, fees and deliverables.
• Coordinate timelines, content approvals and publishing schedules.
• Monitor performance, prepare post‑campaign reports and deliver actionable insights.
• Stay updated on regional social media trends, platform changes and emerging creators.
• Collaborate with creative, social, production and paid‑media teams to ensure integrated campaigns.

Required profile

• Native or fluent Arabic speaker.
• Agency‑side experience managing influencer marketing campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of the influencer landscape in the UAE and GCC.
• Proven ability to handle multiple campaigns and clients simultaneously.
• Excellent project‑management, organisational and client‑facing communication skills.
• Experience with campaign reporting and performance analysis.
• Passion for social media, digital culture and creator marketing.
• Based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
