In‑Room Dining Order Taker – Luxury Hotel

About the role

Join the luxury hospitality team at Raffles Dubai as an In‑Room Dining Order Taker. You will provide prompt, personalized in‑room dining service, ensuring a seamless guest experience while upholding the brand’s high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Update daily operational feedback and complete all required cashiering and operational forms.
• Handle cash accurately and in line with Raffles and accounting procedures.
• Maintain full knowledge of menus, wine and beverage lists, promotions, specials and hotel services.
• Check with the Culinary team on unavailable items and communicate changes promptly.
• Answer calls using LQA standards, take orders accurately, provide personalized recommendations and upsell effectively.
• Follow correct POS and cashiering procedures and ensure delivery times meet service standards.
• Keep the Order Taker cabin and pantry clean, organized and fully prepared throughout service.
• Support colleagues with order deliveries during busy periods and assist other outlets when required.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and integrity when handling cash.
• Excellent knowledge of food, beverage and wine menus.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, luxury hotel environment.
• Good communication skills and adherence to LQA service standards.
