About the role

We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our Life Direct Sales Force. This role is pivotal in delivering bespoke insurance solutions to our diverse clientele and driving growth within the UAE market. The ideal candidate will provide clients with personalized life insurance plans, fostering long‑term relationships and achieving sales excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect for new clients, generate sales leads, and meet monthly sales targets.
• Understand clients' needs for life insurance and savings and propose customized plans.
• Assist with policy renewals, amendments, claims, and manage client portfolios.
• Keep up‑to‑date knowledge of various life insurance products and their benefits.
• Adhere to industry regulations, ethical standards, and company policies.

Required profile

• Life insurance or sales experience preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and business development goals.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for client‑first advisory services.
• Strong analytical ability to assess client needs and recommend suitable products.
• Proficiency in English is essential.
