Insurance Advisor – Retail Medical (Health Insurance)

About the role

We are looking for a performance‑driven Insurance Advisor to join our expanding Health Insurance division in Dubai. You will handle inbound health‑insurance inquiries, guide customers through plan options, and convert qualified leads into new business while ensuring compliance with UAE regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound health‑insurance leads generated via digital channels and referrals, conducting consultative discussions to match customer needs.
• Present accurate quotations, explain coverage, benefits and exclusions, and achieve monthly and quarterly new‑business targets.
• Provide end‑to‑end advisory service from inquiry to policy activation, ensuring a premium customer experience and post‑sale support.
• Maintain full compliance with DoH, DHA, MOH and Central Bank standards, recording all interactions in the CRM and coordinating with underwriting and operations teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university (mandatory).
• 2–3 years proven success in health‑insurance sales within the UAE, with a track record of meeting sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of UAE health‑insurance regulations and policy frameworks.
