Insurance Officer – UAE National Only

About the role

We are seeking an Emirati professional to join our fast‑growing airline’s insurance team in Abu Dhabi. The role offers exposure to a wide range of global insurance policies (excluding medical) and provides a solid foundation in insurance administration and claims coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare reports, correspondence and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Organise and schedule meetings with insurers, brokers and internal teams.
• Respond to internal queries regarding insurance coverage and claims.
• Ensure policies comply with legal and regulatory requirements and maintain organized records.
• Assist in policy renewal preparation, data collection and timely submission.
• Facilitate claims processing, gather documentation and liaise with insurers.
• Follow up on premium payments, receivables and sub‑rogation settlements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in insurance, risk management or related administrative roles.
• Strong organisational, multitasking and communication abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in document handling.
• Proficient command of English for reading and interpreting legal documents.
