Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research and analysis using MLS and local property databases.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through personalized communication and follow‑ups.
• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting processes, including property viewings and negotiations.
• Create and implement marketing strategies for listings using social media, online ads, and traditional methods.
• Collaborate with mortgage brokers, inspectors and other professionals to ensure smooth transactions.
• Stay updated on zoning laws, regulations and market conditions in Dubai.
