Interpreter – AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Interpreter to help train and evaluate AI chatbots. You will interact with the models in both Arabic and English, assess their logical flow, and create new conversational scenarios to improve their performance.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with AI chatbots in Arabic and English to measure progress and identify gaps.
• Design and write novel conversation scripts that teach the bots appropriate responses.
• Present diverse and complex problems to the bots and evaluate the quality of their outputs.
• Assess model performance for correctness, relevance, and overall quality.

Required profile

• Fluency in both English and Arabic.
• Detail‑oriented with strong writing and grammar expertise.
• Preferably holding a current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree (not mandatory).
• Residency in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) only.
