Investment Banking Off-cycle Analyst Internship

About the role

Bank of America’s MENA Investment Banking division is offering a six‑month Off‑cycle Analyst internship in Dubai. The programme provides a broad exposure to investment banking activities across sectors such as Energy, Consumer, Financial Institutions, Healthcare, Infrastructure, and Technology, Media & Telecom.

Key responsibilities

• Work on projects alongside bankers in industry, product and country coverage groups.
• Assist in delivering client solutions across corporate finance, M&A and capital markets.
• Prepare client presentations and perform underlying financial analysis.
• Participate in transaction execution, collaborating with clients, other banks and advisors.

Required profile

• Pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree from an accredited university.
• Graduation timeframe between January 2026 and July 2028 with a minimum 2:1 classification (or equivalent).
• Available to start any time from January to July 2026 for a six‑month period.
• Fluent in English and a genuine interest in the GCC region.
• Demonstrated drive, innovation, teamwork, leadership and problem‑solving abilities.
